...to the official site of the Santa Fe Trails Homeowners Association.  This site was developed as a communications tool for the current and future residents of Santa Fe Trails in Monument, Colorado.  If you are new to the community, be sure to check out the "new residents" section.

Subdivision garage sale will be Saturday, June 23, 2012, 7:30am-2pm.  Free to participate.  Send email to board with your address + major items.

Next Annual Homeowners meeting will be in April 2013.

Dues are $84/quarter and  include the $12 per month trash collection fee per home.  See new residents for more detail.  

Covenants - Please maintain your yard - including watering and pulling weeds.

Section 8.1(b) also states that trash cans need to be stored out of view.  So please do not store the garbage totes in your driveway, keep them in the garage or in your back yard except on collection day.
